Government of Yukon requirement
Businesses and services not mandated to close under the Civil Emergency Measures Act may operate on the condition that appropriate safety precautions are in place and a COVID-19 Operational Plan is set up. Follow the Government of Canada’s guidance on how to keep your employees safe in the workplace.
Follow the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety’s (CCOHS) guidance on how to prepare your workplace so it remains healthy and safe during a pandemic.
CCOHS has created a pandemic info-sharing portal, along with good practice tips sheets.

Retail workplace guidance
The Retail Council of Canada has published an extensive collection of resources for retailers, including a planning checklist.
Construction workplace guidance
The Canadian Construction Association has published a set of COVID-19 resources, including a PDF document titled, “Standardized Protocols for All Canadian Construction Sites”.
Manufacturing workplace guidance
Food and Consumer Products Canada is sharing newly-developed best practices with federal and provincial authorities managing the COVID-19 response, as well as with businesses and associations throughout the agriculture, food, and consumer goods manufacturing industries.
