If you proceed to use this service, you are indicating your acceptance of this Agreement. If you use any part of this service you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that you have the legal capacity to agree to the website terms of use, you have authority to bind yourself or any entity on whose behalf you may be acting and all information you provide is truthful, accurate, current and complete.  If this information changes, you agree to promptly update it to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

Terms of use

Any unauthorized attempt to access or modify computer system information or interfere with normal systems operations may result in measures being undertaken by YWCHSB to suspend or terminate your access including possible legal action being taken.
Information sent to YWCHSB will only have legal effect after it has been submitted and properly received, and is accessible to YWCHSB.

If you receive information from YWCHSB through this service and suspect that it is incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted in transmission, or not intended for you, you must notify YWCHSB and request clarification. The information must not be relied upon until clarification is received from YWCHSB.

If you are notified that information that you sent to YWCHSB is incomplete, inaccurate, or corrupted, you must take corrective action as may be reasonably required in the circumstances.

Limitation of liability

YWCHSB reserves the right to disable the service as required, for the purposes of routine maintenance, or as an emergency termination of electronic computer connections to protect resources from illegal access or other damage. In the case of an unanticipated service failure YWCHSB will make best attempts to restore the service to normal operating conditions as quickly as possible. Temporary disruption of the service will not constitute termination of the Agreement or relieve you from your general obligations to report to YWCHSB.

The user of this service acknowledges that information provided by the user to YWCHSB and by YWCHSB to the user through this service is subject to the provisions of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Yukon ("ATIPP"). Consequently, the parties will treat all information received or accessed under this agreement as confidential and will not disclose it in any manner except as may be required or authorized under ATIPP or as required by law. The user recognizes that YWCHSB may be required to release information received from the user pursuant to ATIPP and agrees that if such disclosure may cause any harm to the user, the user will provide details of that harm to YWCHSB.

YWCHSB accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind that the user of this service may suffer as a result of its use. By using this service, the user specifically accepts all legal and general liability for any loss that may arise from such use.
YWCHSB may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

Your use of the website may result in you incurring data, internet, or other charges.  Any such charges are solely your responsibility.
The website terms of use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Yukon and the federal laws of Canada.
