Is my workplace safe?

That’s a great question.

Have a look around your worksite for hazards, jot them down noting their severity and probability. Then report them to your supervisor.

Identifying hazards and eliminating the threat is essential to a safe workplace.

You have a right to a safe workplace.

You have a responsibility to make sure it is safe.

So identify problems, point them out and actively help eliminate the hazards.

We have prepared several sample forms that you can use in your workplace to assess risk prior to beginning work.
