Free workshop: Cultivating Positive Mental Health at Work
Fostering the mental health of workers is good for business. It improves productivity, reduces absenteeism, increases retention and creates a workplace environment that benefits everyone.
There is a growing recognition of the importance of psychological well-being in Yukon workplaces. Employers know they are required to support their workers’ mental health and reduce the risk of psychological injury, but they may not understand how to do this.

How mental health affects workers and employers
How to recognize and respond to workplace mental health issues
How to cultivate a mentally healthy workplace
National Standard on Psychological Safety resources and supports
