CHOICES INCENTIVE PROGRAM

"Make it easier," said employers.

We listened.

CHOICES is a cafeteria-style incentive program designed to reward employers for taking steps to improve workplace safety and Return-To-Work outcomes.

Rewards may be in the form of cash rebates or reinvestment rewards (see "Step 3: Choose your rewards" for details).

An even greater reward awaits in the form of eventual lower assessment rates if enough Yukon employers get involved, because safer workplaces, and getting injured workers back to work as soon as it is safe to do so ("Return-To-Work"), will address the biggest costs to the workers' compensation system.
