Appeal an Injury Claim Decision
We refer to this type of appeal as a “review.”
A worker, dependent of a deceased worker, or a worker’s employer can demand a review of any injury claim decision we have made. Our Corporate Services branch conducts all reviews. Reviews may be requested up to 24 months after you receive our claim decision.
To initiate a review, contact our Corporate Services Assistant by calling (867) 667-5402. You’ll be provided with a Worker Appeal Kit that includes everything you need to get started.
