For example you want to know what the rules and regulations are pertaining to "scaffolding." Follow these simple steps:
1. Open the program. (Double click)
2. Click on the binoculars (Search)
3. Type "scaffolding" (spelling matters) in the appropriate box (pops up after step 2)
4. Hit search.
5. Voila!! Everything there is in the Act and Regs pertaining to
"scaffolding" is listed below.
6. Click (single) on any of the results and the page will appear to the
left. If you click on the + sign found in the tool bar, the text will appear larger and easier to read.
