The Yukon Workers’ Compensation Health and Safety Board (YWCHSB) wants to ensure that all interested contractors and suppliers are given a fair opportunity to compete for YWCHSB business.
The YWCHSB acquires goods and services by publicly advertised tenders, invitations to bid, standing offer agreements or by contracting directly with businesses.
Public tenders are advertised in local newspapers and posted with the Yukon government’s tenders. Anticipated tenders are also listed in the Yukon government’s Tender Forecast.
To be considered for invitational tenders, please ensure you are registered on the Yukon government’s Source List.
Contracting directly with businesses in specific cases is permitted under the YWCHSB contracting policy.
